Three things that I will do to become a better technology leader at school include:
1. Strive to gain as much knowledge about technology that I can so that I can help others and be the person they can go to if they have questions.
2. Use technology as much as possible in my classroom...to lead by example.
3. Get my students to be engaged in technology and find innovative ways for them to be able to use Facebook, iPods, etc in the classroom. Make them be productive when using these devices so other teachers will see the benefit and won't be resistant to them using these devices.
